Shipping
- We ship most of our products either US Post Office or FedEx for a couple of reasons. One is is the most convenient method of shipping for us and the other is it allows use to ship to PO boxes as well as most military locations. By selecting the Express shipping during the order process we will ship the order the fastest possible way. Ground shipping is free for domestic orders.
- EXCEPTIONS: Free shipping does not apply to large cabinet / furniture style humidors requiring freight shipping or any other item notated in the description (note: these are located within the furniture and retail humidor sections)
- We will contact you prior to shipment if additional shipping charges are required
- We will only ship the product contingent upon the credit card authorization.
- We now ship internationally; shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- All orders including Overnight deliveries must be placed before 12PM EST to process and ship the same day. ALL orders placed after 12PM on Friday through 12PM Monday will go out Monday. We only ship Monday - Friday.

Larger humidors shipped via freight may take a bit longer
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the unparalleled volume of items being shipped, customers of the The Cigarbox may experience delays in their expected shipping times. Shipping lead-time estimates begin once an order has been placed, processed and shipped.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
