General Information
1 - The Cigarbox does not sell tobacco or tobacco related products to anyone under the age of 21, nor do we sell cigarettes or smokeless tobacco.

2 - The information we collect during and order will be used to notify you about updates to your order, web site and periodic specials. We do not share the information with anybody else; Ever! for any purpose. If at any time you no longer wish to receive emails or wish to have your account terminated, please let us know. Please include as much info as possible with your request Upon the receipt of your request we will promptly delete you from our systems.
3 - Typographical errors sometimes do happen when we enter information into our site. As such, we reserve the right to make 'corrections' to information found on our site and 'corrections' to orders if affected.

How to place an order
If you already know the product that you want to buy, type the name of the product into our site search box located at the top of our pages. If you are not sure which product you want browse through our categories located at the top and the left side of the pages.

  • To find out more information about a product, click on either the product image, the items title or the 'more info' link.
  • Once you have decided to buy the product click the 'Add to cart' button and this will place the item into your shopping cart.

Shopping Cart
The shopping cart stores all the items that you want to buy. You can always delete or change the quantity at any time.

  • Once you have added everything you want to purchase to the shopping cart, you can either click 'view cart' at the top of the page to view your order total and shipping costs or alternatively click 'check out' at the top of the page to start to fill out the order form.

Your profile
To enable us to complete your order we need to know your billing and shipping address.

  • Please fill out the form. Fields marked with * are mandatory and we need these details to complete your order.

Creating a user name and password
Please create a username and password to complete the profile registration.

  • Creating a username has several benefits.
  • 1 - It will enable you to check out faster when you return to our store.
  • 2 - You can login to your account to view your order history
  • 3 - Your Email will be used to notify you about updates to your order, web site and periodic specials

Customer Service
If you have any questions about an order, order status, order tracking or the website which can not be resolved within the customer service page please contact us.

  • All customer service requests are answered within 24 hrs

Sales tax of 6.25% will be added to every order for Massachusetts residents only.

We ship most of our products via Fedex or UPS. We use the US Post Office to ship to PO boxes as well as most military locations. By selecting the Express shipping during the order process we will ship the order the fastest possible way. Ground shipping is free for domestic orders. Note: Free shipping does not apply to large cabinet / furniture style humidors requiring freight shipping or any other item notated in the description.

International Orders
We do not ship internationally, sorry

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards including; Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express

  • For those people who have problems with internet security fax and mail orders are also accepted. Please contact us at 508.603.7085 to make arrangements.

Our website is automatically updated to provide the latest inventory at The Cigarbox.

  • Note: Sometimes keeping Real Time Inventory can be very difficult. With many items on Back order with the Manufacturer, customer’s on Back order in the system, we would like to say that we are close to 95% correct when we give an inventory status.
  • If you are looking for something specific which isn't on-line please call us we have a lot of contacts!

We now can accept backorders on-line. If the website shows "out of stock" we don't have it in stock! Contact us for the latest delivery information on these products.

Minimum orders
There are no minimum orders at The Cigarbox!

All of our products are guaranteed.

  • In the rare event that you are not happy with the quality of the products The Cigarbox has shipped you we will accept returns within 10 days of receipt.
  • We have no re-stocking fees although the shipping cost of the return are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Remember, you must first contact us to arrange the return.

Gift Certificates
The balance due on an order that exceeds the gift certificate amount must be paid by credit card.

  • Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
  • Gift certificates will expire one year after the date of issue.
  • The Cigarbox reserves the right to close accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is redeemed and used to make purchases.

Credit card transactions
Our site is SSL secure with 256 bit encryption, and PCI compliance. It encrypts ALL of your personal information including credit card numbers, names and addresses so that it can not be read over the internet. The product will be shipped contingent upon the credit card authorization. If issues arise with a card authorization you will be contacted via phone or email.
